Even in Gatch, it would be amusing to count how many times one of them says "What do we do, Ken?" Sometimes makes me expect him to yell, "Don't the rest of you have brains?!"
Only thing though ... wouldn't 1-Rover-1 sniff out the duplicate ... especially if he doesn't have any kibbled carpet tacks or wrenches ....?

Oh, and every time I hear someone name anything with names like 'Goliath', 'Icarus', 'Phaeton' and so forth, I get slightly annoyed.
Yeah, if you're going to use an Old Testament or mythological reference for your product's name, you might want to avoid the ones that were failures. I will assume that Zoltar, being Spectran, isn't up on Earth's cultural history and didn't do his research thoroughly enough.
Did anyone else almost expect the box with the ball bearings to say "Acme" on it, or have I just watched too many Wile E. Coyote cartoons in my youth?

I wonder how Zoltar knows about the Zark in the first place. Still, this could make for a good plot.
I was going to add "Or knows where to find Center Neptune," but I don't think its location being a big secret was a BOTP plot point the way it was in Gatch... And anyway, if this is post-"Invasion of the Space Center," the Spectrans would know where to look for it.
Or now that I think some more... in the BOTP episode, "The Silent City," (Gatch ep. 68) Zoltar is disguised as Chief Anderson and it's implied that he was impersonating Anderson even in the first scene where Anderson's briefing the team at (what sure looks like) Center Neptune.
Clearly security isn't very tight at Center Neptune -I could believe the Spectrans know all sorts of things about what's going on there!

For once, I'm quite curious to see how this installment will play out, and how long will they take to sniff out the false Zark -- and maybe decide to keep him and send the original back to Zoltar!
