They don't look like they're the right shape to eat people...

Flowers are sort of a peace symbol though -maybe these ones are going to emit energy waves that turn everyone, including G-Force, into pacifist sheep who won't fight back while Spectra takes over the Earth?

Um, maybe we're seeing them in that panel as the flowers themselves "see" them -and something about Princess and Jason is... different from the others?
