My mom has been in the hospital for the last couple of days ( gall bladder removal), and I have been taking care of her. I brought mom home today- she is doing much better! Woohoo! However...

I couldn't stand that she was getting all of the attention, though, and I spent part of the morning in the ER!

 

The glass part of the blender toppled over while I was making smoothies for the kids this morning... as I grabbed for the glass part, my thumb hit the blades while they were running- yeowtch! When I went to take Mom home from the hospital today- she insisted that I go downstairs to the ER to get it taken care of- now I have three stitches and a sore arm (that tetanus shot hurts!)
