Birdstyle is Gatch canon. I don't think it is ever actually used in BotP though it has been adopted. I don't think they ever actually have a name for their transmuted uniforms.

In BOTP they were simply 'G-Force Uniforms' and very little mention was made, if any, to their resemblance to birds.
