Okay, I know a lot of you are wondering who in the heck Bob Dorough was. Well, if you're an American who grew up during the 1970's and early 80's, you'd recognize his work: Schoolhouse Rock. Even though he was 94, I was still surprised at his passing...and I was amazed at how many of the tunes I still remember!

I love that interjections one. The football crowd's interjections were so polite!

It reminds me of some of the Sesame Street songs and skits that have stuck with me since I was a tot, so I can see how they would have made a lasting impression.

Always sad to lose someone whose talent and creativity have been so memorable.
