Infini-T Force Manga

Hi all!

With the second English language volume of the Infini-T Force manga having been released a few week back, I'm wondering how many of you have read the manga? I had figured that there would be some comments regarding "Ken Washio's Magnificent Day," the humorous short story featuring Ken that comes at the end of volume 2. But so far, nothing.

If you haven't read any of the manga yet, be aware that the story is not the same as the story in the TV series. The basic concept of the four heroes being brought from their worlds and meeting up with Emi remains the same, but the circumstances behind this, their adventures that follow, and even Emi herself are quite different than what we saw on TV.

So, if you haven't read the manga, I'd recommend it. If you have read it, tell us what you thought of it!

I've read volumes one and two - eagerly awaiting the rest.

These are the first manga I've ever read, so it took me a moment to get used to reading the panels in the right order!

I liked Emi right from the start in this version. She has a brighter personality than in the TV series. The whole story line is so different from what we see in the series. I'm looking forward to seeing where it's leading.

And yes, the end of volume 2 featuring Ken is quite amusing - I don't want to spoil it though.

I've ordered both volumes from different sellers on eBay, and so far only volume 2 has arrived. It was recommended that I don't read it until I have read the first one, and I'm hoping I won't have too much longer to wait!!

I've got both volumes, but I've just now begun reading. (Geez, it seems like I'm either living in doctors' waiting rooms or I'm entertaining visiting nurses! Although I do enjoy seeing people's reactions when they think I'm reading a book backwards...)

I'm getting ready to order them. I've watched a bit on UTube but not enough to be able to tell the difference between the TV and manga versions.

But I do have to say, having seen their version of Joe, that I could do without the new hair-do. I do like Nambu. He's pretty close to the orginal.

I have volume one (I got it for Christmas) but I haven't had the time to sit and actually read and enjoy it. Hopefully, with summer coming, I can find a small bit of time to myself to curl up in the warm sunshine and read and savor the pictures to my little heart's desire. Smile

I’m not usually a Ken fan, (don’t hurt me...) but I actually like him in this, even better than the anime!
