Question What is a showcase fics?

When a recommended read has been issued, the author will be contacted where possible to see if they would like their fic to be showcased.

If they approve or they are unreachable within 30 days the recommended fic will be showcased.

When a fic is showcased a thread will appear in the Showcase forum and a link will appear to that thread in the recommended read post.

This allows all Gatchamania members to discuss the fic and the recommendation.

After which the Review team may decide to give the fic and author a status of Forum Favourite.
