As for which one is who, lets see: I think Ken is the Blue one (his uniform is blue) and Jun is red. Joe is the black one (he looks the most pissed off.) And then maybe it is Jinpei and Ruy - the Owl always has the dorkiest looking expressions in the series.

And, yeah, the white bird's expression is Ryu-ish.
Something about the red bird's thick, dark eyebrows are making it seem "Ken" to me, but then, that would make Jun the blue bird and she doesn't have any blue in her uniform...
