I'd think that if you you've got cars and trucks pummeling off the bridge, that it is pointless to wait until the bridge is clear to react.

I wonder if the Phoenix has the same kind of remote control as model airplanes. If so, they could run into some serious trouble if they come in range of another controller on the same frequency!
