Also... did Zoltar know it was Princess from G-Force?

Speaking of Zoltar, who in the heck are those goons? Since when does he use guys who are not from Spectra, or dressed as Spectran soldiers? And if Zoltar insists on dressing like Batman, someone needs to tell him that he forgot his trunks! Freak3

These are hilarious, please keep them coming!

The goons in these comics do dress differently (sometimes from issue to issue!) but the two big guys here helping Zoltar were posing as wrestlers (one of them is the guy Tiny defeated in the ring). So at least *that* aspect of it makes sense here.

I know you were all waiting on tenterhooks to see if the G-Force Team would survive! So here's the next page...

This page is generally okay (Jason is even 'angry'!) but what's with Princess' pose? She looks like she's made of rubber!

Maybe they were getting ready to release some new Gatch "Stretch Armstrong" toys and they wanted to show some poses...LOL

Is it my imagination, or is Tiny bigger than normal?

Right! When Zoltar seems certain and says that he has destroyed G-Force so easily we just know that it's not true! At least, this could fit well with canon also!

Not sure... maybe...

And how does the G-Force Team escape this disaster?

Why, they use Operation Corkscrew, of course! (Makes them sound like lushes after a bottle of wine, doesn't it?)

I see Mark is ready to boost Princess up and yet he is not even up on Jason's shoulders, doesn't quite make sense does it?

I also had a good chuckle at the corny line in the last frame .... a raging whirlwind drilling its way through with the power of a tornado.

I can relate! Having nothing to open wine with is a calamity indeed! Laugh2

That has to be the most horizontal use of the whirlwind pyramid I've ever seen -I guess we must assume that by not using the usual "pyramid" formation, they can drill through rock better?

Perhaps... personally, I think they're just playing it 'fast and loose' with the Whirlwind Pyramid!

Also, do you like Princess' blue neck cowl?

I think he's supposed to be in the foreground. Gold Key's artists were often not up to the Marvel or DC standard.

Maybe notes for the colorist were flawed? Her visor doesn't look very 'swanny.'

I had to laugh at the 'corkscrew' version, but it is ingenius.

Gee isn't that funny how Mark and Jason are on their knees but Princess is on her feet, LOL. Guess she was worried her skirt would get caught over Mark's head, lol...

I like to think that this positioning could have served a purpose, maybe by giving the pointed shape of a drill having the elongated, pointed end made up of two persons standing at the top, Keyop being the smallest of them all in body structure, with the wider, bottom part made up of the other three! Just like a pyramid effect! But, that's just a sloppy theory ... just to try and seek plausibility! Having Princess kneeling on Mark's shoulders could have been a great detriment to the success of the operation ... Mark would surely have lost a great part of his concentration!

Blushing Well ... actually, not that much! Just a silly thought which crossed my mind at the spur of the moment! It's in my nature ... never leave something pass by without contemplating it, when having the chance ... not even something as silly as this! No wonder my DH and those who know me well always tell me that I'm so anal!
