I'd like to see Ken's face better here, as it seems distorted by his visor, and Jun looks a little odd to me too-it might be her helmet's big chin piece that's doing it. Ryu looks ferocious, which isn't an expression I'd normally associate with him, but I can believe that he could be pushed to it, especially if his teammates were threatened. The mecha reminds of some older concept art that I think came out when Kevin Munroe was still director, so I'll bet you're right that these are "early renders."

Jun looks a little different to the images I've seen of her. She looks here like a cross between races (African/American and Asian), whereas in the pther pictures I've seen she looks like ... well .. kind of almost like the girl from the Final Fantasy movie ...
Springie, what do you think? This image is very different, yes?
Ken looks awful in that picture. I hope that it is distortion.... I'd say so. The original images for Joe look very, very, different to how they finally rendered him....

There was a "team" shot of sorts with the boys all walking down the street about a year ago. I remember some people got upset because Joe had a cigarette in his fingers.
That has since been removed from the site, although... hang on I might just have it on my trusty Kingston stick...

When I mention an image of Ken with really, really wide shoulders, I was referring to the images that came out last summer.

LB, that is the one I was thinking of when I said I did not like the looks of Ryu.
Looks like they are both on steroids - not a good thing for anyone let alone teens. If they insist they can make Ryu bulkier than the others but not like that (looking like the HULK) - please.

Ryu is a bigger guy, but I hope they don't make him look chunky, just more muscluar than the others.
