I like cooler weather better myself especially since I work nights and sleep during part or all of the afternoon depending on when I go to bed.

I have never been surfing and would love to try; I dont go on holiday either. (partialy because I have no money; partial from what I have heard from my father who goes several times a year its very tiring and im too laid back for that.)

I went down the sailing and canoe club with my kayak last night. It was good fun, though my antiqutated craft is hardly suitable for mucking about it. (its a touring craft; so if I `do` go on holiday I will be ok.)

26.7 C sounds like the normal summer temperture over here but sometimes it has been known to go near the 37.8 mark though.

I LOVE working nights as I do sleep better during the day and for some reason can sleep better during the day in summer than sleeping nights. Confused
