I've never seen one of these before. It's quite an odd print too because it seems to have Nambu and an extra child on it too. Just trying to work out whether it's got an episode specific look to it or not.

That's a transparent Banpresto figure. They made a set of about 6 different characters in transparent stuff that they'd already made in opaque plastic (the others were Casshan, Hurricane Polymer and so on, not other Gatch characters). They are rather harder to find than the opaque ones.

Some fabric company (I'm unsure who) apparently released several Gatchaman-themed fabrics a year or two back. I've seen the fabric itself sold in pieces a few times, but this is one of the few times I've seen it actually used for sometime. It looks like whoever did the sewing did a very nice job with the robe.

The transparent version of the first Yujin figure set was a special release for Wonder Festival in 1997. They can indeed be more challenging to find than the regular full-color versions. As part of the Tatsunoko Hero Collector Box set that Kodansha released in 2000, Yujin did another version of those figures, this time in a transparent black plastic. They're easier to find than the clear versions, but can still be a challenge unless you buy the entire box set!

Obviously, these aren't a licensed item, but one obviously inspired by a certain team of heroes. It was released by Disney in Japan in the Summer of 2006. They're actually decent sized plush figures, about 13 inches tall.
A similar concept was used to create several lines of plush Snoopy in Bird Style costumes in 2002. Like the Pooh plush, the Snoopy plush were unlicensed, but unmistakable as to their origins.

Hello all,
I'm not home at the moment, so I can take a picture of my Snoopy plush figures, but an auction for a set has just turned up on Yahoo! Japan. It can be seen at:

This is an auction for a set of the smallest Gatchaman Snoopy plush, with each figure being about the size of your fist. There were two larger size sets as well.
As I said earlier, Woodstock was not part of the set, just Snoopy. And, as these aren't a licensed Gatchaman product (Though they are a licensed Peanuts product), the uniforms aren't exact matches, but it's pretty obvious what the inspiration for them was. And they are certainly cute!
