Looking for a fic

I read this cute, short fic once where Ken was getting frustrated at everyone constantly asking him what to do, even what toppings they should have on their pizza and finally blows up at them. Then he finds out it's in his contract that he has to make all team decisions. Now I can't find it anywhere. Anyone have any ideas?

That`s one of mine, but I can`t find it either. (I had it on a backup disk, but my scumwad brother and his scum-sucking wife swiped every disk and thumbdrive in the house when I was packing to move to the apartment!)
