My daughter went to a halloween party this year. What amazed me was the number of duplicate costumes. A lot of the mums shop at Asda Smile

Nice to see the art of actually making the costumes instead of lazily buying them is alive and well. Just not where I live Wink It's a good job they were too young to feel any embarrassment over turning up in the same dress as somebody else.

<sniggers> I always used to insist upon a really original, home made costume...

One year I was a snowy owl, the next a mummy in aged linen bandages and a ton of faux egyptian jewelry.

And there was that time I was a pumpkin.

I got off lucky this year, my kid was a rock star. Thank god she grew out of Sailor moon, that wig was a major pain.
