Awww, I 'm more of a kitty person (I want to live on that island...) but that puppy is soooo cute too.

Looks sort of like the puppy that Joe rescues -having a nightmare about the mole mecha possibly?

Oh, so cute! That puppy is just adorable! Thanks again, UW! You're doing your best to make me change my mind regarding not wishing to adopt any pet for now, aren't you?!!!

I was adopted by a Japanese bobtail that was abandoned in my neighborhood 11 years ago. It was early December and colder than usual and I opened the door to go out to try to catch her to take her to the shelter. She heard the door open and walked right into the house, looked at the food in the cat food bowls on the floor (at this time I had 5 cats), turned her nose up and strolled into my living room to sleep on my sofa near the furnace. I called the shelter but they were full.

So she's still on my sofa. Big Grin

She's a complete diva and thinks she's the best thing on this planet. I think she's a descendant from the cats on that island, because her favorite food is fish (tuna or salmon) and she finds the hottest spot in the house and sleeps on it (on top of the entertainment unit, on top of the aquarium lighting, on top of the furnace vent, on top of unsuspecting humans). She has a tiny little nub of a tail and she shakes it like a dog would shake its tail (I can ask her to "Shake it" and she will oblige, which is the strangest thing to see).

Her name is Sassy, and she lives up to it by being very vocal and demanding. I'm well aware she views me as her servant.
