I hope everyone has more fun planned than I've got. We've been so busy on weekends lately that this weekend is catch up on chores.

Maybe if we get everyone hustling in the morning to get stuff done, we might go out to the lake or take a hike, but the work has got to get done first.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers here!

It's been quite a while since I've seen my mother, unless you count "seeing" her on Skype. But my brother and sister and I have arranged for her to be sent flowers. I think I will see her this summer though -a family reunion of my mother's side of the family is tentatively being planned for some time this August, in Maine.
