Great find Springie, I found myself ROTFL when Ken smacked Jinpeis arm in the beginning.
Also in the first one, It makes me wish that my high school would have played it sometime back then. Maybe I would have actually tried to learn that one, like I did with the MASH theme.

Boy, that mandolin player is fantastic! I mean, he managed to include a tremendous amount of the theme in his arrangement: he got the runs, and the harmonies, and the percussive effects, and the alternate run at the end . . . . The chording was simply phenomenal. Not to mention that that little instrument was perfectly in tune--any one of those chords would have sounded horrible if it hadn't been. For someone rendering on a single instrument a theme originally played by a group of several players, that was simply amazing. No wonder he was concentrating so hard!
