I dont know what made this pop into my head but while having trouble sleeping I had this rush of thoughts and then I heard the theme song to this show and now it wont go away!

It was a show about a group of kids who encouraged people to save the planet. Think it was back in the early nineties

No. I've had moments like that where I vaguely remeber a cartoon, and noone else does, and I think Im crazy.... Case in point... Bravestarr, The Galaxy Rangers (no guts, no glory), or the silverhawks...

Thats the one that drove me the craziest!! I remeberd no guts no glory. I remembered they were the galaxy rangers. But that was all. None else I knew remembered it. So I looked it up on wikipedia and youtube, and found out it wasn't a hallucination....

I remember Captain Planet but I never watched it (couldn't stand it though). I did watch Galaxy Rangers though. It wasn't bad (for being a faux Japanese cartoon). Silverhawks or Bravestarr I have heard of but have never seen.
I used to watch The Mighty Hercules though. God, I hated that satyr! "Hey Herc! Hey Herc!" Grrrr... I used to pretend to be the villain, The Mask, by cupping my hands over my mouth and talking through them. Later, that would be the way I would pretend to be a Stormtrooper in my Star Wars RPG games. *grin*

As for Hercules...Newton was the centaur that was always going "Hey Herc!". My favorites were the Toots the satyr...he couldn't speak so he used his pan pipes to communicate, getting extremely frustrated when he couldn't be understood, and then there was Dido Daedalus' cat...reminded me a bit of Gargamel and Azreal from the Smurfs.
Then there was always the cheesy monster sounds and Daedalus' exclamation: "Shades of Scorpius!!"

I remember Barbapapa as well. maybe these shows are an Ontario thing.

I used to LOVE Barbapapa! Especially the eps after they had kids and there were a whole bunch of them walking around.
